Highly satisfied by the hospital and their staff. I am a working professional and find it hard to make it for my pets vet consultations. This being a 24/7 service, i could come and get my pet checked at my convenience. Also the system here is so hassle free. My best vet experience by far.

New doctors don't show enough empathy as much as the founder
Often the clients wait for the old team that they are used to interacting.
Earlier even if you went only for grooming the dr if available would voluntarily check the pet & not bill but now it's not the case.
